Birthday Celebration @ Villa Bali

It was actually quite a last min decision to celebrate my bday, which i don’t intended to or rather, too lazy to think of who to invite and where to go.
Decided on Villa Bali since i heard that it’s quite a nice place to chill and invited a few of my close friends for a cozy session.
Had our dinner there, but the food isn’t exactly that fantastic to rave about…
It was an enjoyable night with all the ridiculous forfeits that we had (forfeits videos can be found in my facebook. lol =X)

Had dinner after work at Jurong Point’s Old Town Coffee

it’s my first time there, coz i rarely drink coffee and i thought they only sells coffee, something similar to Starbucks or Coffeebean kind.

didn’t know that they do sell main courses, like the Penang Laksa, which is quite authentic i should say.

Met up to celebrate YJ’s birthday, it’s been quite a long time since i last went for KLUNCH @ Chinatown!

We went to have some desserts after KLunch

and the mango ice is nice!

Dinner at Taka’s Fisherios is good, the food does meet restaurant standard, maybe they should considered opening one.

Head to this Korean restaurant at Orchard Central for dinner

we didn’t know that by ordering one of the sets, we’re given sooo much…greenie vegetables.

it seems like koreans eat more veg than meat, coz throughout the whole meal, i felt like i ate more vegetables than meat. yucks. i dislike raw vegetables, it taste bitter-ish.

one thing special is this BBQ meat, the BBQ pit is placed on the dining table.

we ordered quite a small portion coz all of us were not hungry, and it’s really expensive eh, considering so much veggies and so little meat!

Explored around Orchard to find somewhere for chill and settled down at Acid Bar.

The place where we sat was situated at the dark corner of the bar, it’s too dark till we really have difficulties looking at each other’s faces with the faint lighted candles.

The funny part is, because it’s happy hours and the promotion is buy 1 get 1 free. So Twinny and i thought that we could share, like i ordered 1 and she ordered the free one, but it came out to be, 4 glasses instead, we were totally shocked when the waiter came with it.

The worse part, the drinks were very alcoholic, i think their alcohol is really free 1. Ended up, we only drank a few sips and left the place, coz it’s too dark for us to communicate well. hahaha!

We ended up at the brightly lit Starbucks beside Centerpoint.

Made use of the wireless for my netbook, and twinny kept taking photos of me and the anonymous guy beside. =_=”’

Oct Babies, Steph Bday

Coincidentally, Steph is also the same age as me!!

wonder why she’s so midget? coz her birthday falls on 1st October, Children’s Day! =X

We had a birthday celebration for Steph at Sushi Tei, Holland Village.

i always liked the atmosphere and the decorations there, especially on the second floor…very class, very romantic. LOL

she had a pink camera which she had been lemming for and she’s so happy that she used it immediately when she unwrap the present!

Took a day off to settle my malaysia citizenship renounciation stuffs and coincidentally, Clarence had this free movie screening at Suntec, so he asked me along

It was a private event, see the tickets was even customized to print ”S’pore Police Force”, the movie was actually quite nice, with the laughters of the childrens around

we had fish & co for dinner

and i always ordered the same, seafood platter. lol!

FYP Celebration

After months and months of hard work, today is THE DAY!
Intensive meet up during the past 2 weeks, after work and during the weekends, to complete the project and even till the the night before presentation day…

We were all ready for the presentation, so while waiting for our turn, me and TT took a rest while our project manager, Raymond is still making sure everything is working fine.

We were supposed to be the last group to present, but coz the previous group was not ready yet, so we get to present first. Eveything went well, especially with TT’s powderful smoking skills and my edited version of Jason Mraz’s “I’m Your’s” singing, we managed to get through the presentation successfully.

After the presentation, it felt like we’ve put down a heavy stone in our heart, we were all so elated! Applause from the lecturers during presentation was one of the reason we felt so delighted! I swear that the atmosphere before and after the presentation was a 360 degrees change.
KUDOS to the team!!

Wesley sent all of us home to get prepared before we meet again in the evening for a great celebration! We’re really in high spirits on that day as we smell F-R-E-E-D-O-M!!

Coincidentally, it’s the F1 event too! We had buffet dinner at Marina Square’s HotPot Culture, and i find that Tiong Bahru’s outlet tasted much better.

After dinner, we headed off to Yellow Jello for chill!

surprise, surprise! i called Dearie along too to join in our oh-so-happy occasion! by the time she arrived, i’m already like a lobster and thereafter, i vomitted too! hahaha! scared the hell out of them!
But, after vomitting and a rest, i felt much better and i suggested to head on to Rebel for clubbing. LOL! I guess TT was very shocked that i became a dragon after that and we managed to club till the club is closed at 4am! Really have to thanks TT and Dearie who accompanied me through all the way, i guess we realled enjoyed ourselves!
